This is something I feel so strongly about, I pay for the pre-inspection!  A pre-inspection will enable you to know the condition of your house before a buyer has you under contract.  You will not have to accept an offer that has an inspection contingency, or negotiate on items to be repaired.

Another step I feel so strongly about I pay for!  Staging a home has proven to yield a higher selling price and sell in less time.  It allows to the buyer to see and feel what it would be like to live in your house, instead of you.  Professional photography is a must when marketing your house, showing it in it's best light.

Once you have a mutually accepted contract, I will make sure all the terms of the contract are carried out on time.  Providing everything goes smoothly, once the recording numbers are received from the County and funds are deposited, you have officially sold your house!
